Course Modules
Creative IdentityWeek 1-3 focuses on defusing the myths about creativity and discussing potential opportunities for increasing your creative abilities.

Idea GenerationWeek 4-5 focuses on tools and techniques for idea generation.

Turning Ideas into RealityWeek 6-10 focuses on the importance of delivery, reflection and evaluation as part of the creative process with the opportunity for participants to turn their ideas into reality.

Time Commitment
Course Length: 10 weeks
Time Commitment: Approximately 16 hours a week
Due to the high time commitment your manager will be engaged and the course will be included as part of your development plan for this year.

This course is structured as pass or fail. Pass is assigned if you have:
You and your manager will be informed of pass or fail two weeks after course completion. You will also receive feedback from the Innovation Forum in order to support your conversations on further personal development opportunities.
Technology Requirements for this Course
You must set up a Google account in order to access Hangouts and Blogger for class and assignments.
Please share your Google email with the group as part of your Introduction in week 1.

All activities used within this course are a variation of activities widely used across the business sector. While I have adapted them for use within this course they are not my original ideas.

- Google Hangout for Introduction to course takes place on Monday 10:00 GMT of Week 1
- Additional Google Hangouts are scheduled at Thursday 10:00 GMT of Week 3, Week 5 and Week 7
- An Adobe Connect session will be arranged on Thursday of Week 10 with Innovation Forum for your assignment. Times will be communicated closer to the date.
- On Friday 10:00 GMT of Week 10 we will have a Google Hangout to discuss your key learnings from the course
Course Completion

- completed of all the activities for each module
- complete course assignments
- participated in the discussion forum
